Deposits are always taken prior to a litter being born as we do have waiting lists anywhere from 6 months to a year in advance.

Unless otherwise stated, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your place on our list. By submitting a deposit, you agree to the following. Puppies will be chosen in the order of deposits received.

If we do not receive your deposit within 7 days, you will lose your place in line. When placing a deposit we will need to know the color/ gender of the puppy that you would like to reserve. Pick of your puppy must be made by 7 weeks of age unless other arrangements have been made. Please keep in mind that we do help in deciding which puppy is best suited for your home as we spend everyday with them for the first 7-8 weeks of their life. 

We do not refund or transfer deposits just because you changed your mind or decided to purchase a puppy from someone else. If you simply change your mind and seek another puppy elsewhere, you forfeit the deposit amount. Deposits are applied to the total price of the puppy.

 

If we cannot get you the preferred gender/color puppy from that litter, your deposit can be transferred to another color or gender that is available or will be transferred to our next litter with availability.

Our puppies do not come from a cheap breeding program. Puppy prices range from $1500-$2000. There are a lot of factors taken into consideration when determining price of a puppy. Stud fees, health testing, veterinary costs, travel expenses and pedigrees.

As the owners, we ALWAYS have the right to reserve first pick female or male in each litter at any time as does our Stud breeder.

We are constantly searching for ways to improve our bloodlines for ourselves as well as future families.

We also reserve the right to refuse a sale even if deposit has been accepted, in this case the deposit will be refunded.

The remaining balance after deposit must be paid before puppies leave us at 7 weeks. The balance can be paid on the day of pick up or prior to the day of pick up. Personal checks are only accepted 7 days before pick up of puppy. If check bounces, you will be subject to pay a NSF fee of $100.
